Biblioteka Cyfrowa to miejsce prezentacji w formie zdigitalizowanej najbardziej wartościowych zbiorów archiwalnych Ośrodka KARTA. Aktualnie wprowadzone zostały do bazy dLibra: kolekcja Jacka Kuronia (ponad 13 tys. skanów dokumentów) oraz kolekcja »„Solidarność” - Narodziny Ruchu« (obecnie 4 tys. skanów, ciągle uzupełniania o nowe dokumenty).
