Among huge amount of newspapers, magazines and journals that can be found in stocks of libraries belonging to the Digital Libraries Federation, we definitely cannot complain on the lack of artistic subjects. Great possibilities of choice and diversification are caused by the fact that as well the archival issues (from the turn of 19th and 20th century) as the newer ones (published after 2000) have been digitized. What is more interesting, these are not only magazines in Polish, but, for example in the Pomeranian Digital Library we can find German jurnals: Zeitschrift für bildende Kunst (eng. Magazine of Fine Arts – 1919, 1920, 1895) and Kunst und Künstler : Illustrierte Monatsschrift für bildende Kunst und Kunstgewerbe (eng. Art and artists : Ilustrated month periodic for plastic arts and crafts) and English The Studio : an illustrated magazine of fine and applied art 1903/4, 1925. Lots of Polish art magazines from the beginning of the 20th century are shared by the Kujawsko-Pomorska Digital Library, for example a newspaper with an exceptionally graceful title Beautiful Things (1918, 1919), and also Applied Art or Visual Arts : [organ of Bloc of Professional Visual Artists]. Other archival journals are available in for example: Mazovian Digital Library (Art News), Silesian University of Technology Digital Library (History of Art Review) and Jagiellonian Digital Library (Art : Illustrated monthly periodic dedicated to art and culture 1911, 1913). Beautifully illustrated tidbit is also a modern magazine Format, which can be seen in the Jagiellonian Digital Library (1993: 1/2, 3/4).
