  The article is entirely devoted to the issues related to the legal structure of the annual reward in the context of the transfer of the Police oficer  to the service in the State Protection Service. Attention was focused on the issue related to the aspect of transfer between services (from the Police to the State Protection Service) also there was indicated in which circumstances transferred officer acquires the right to an annual reward and which entity is obliged to issue a decision on granting, reducing or refusing the annual award.;
  Artykuł został w całości poświęcony problematyce związanej z konstrukcją prawną nagrody rocznej w kontekście przeniesienia funkcjonariusza Policji do służby w Służbie Ochrony Państwa. Skoncentrowano uwagę na kwestii przeniesienia pomiędzy służbami (z Policji do SOP), a także wskazano, w jakich okolicznościach przeniesiony funkcjonariusz nabywa uprawnienia do nagrody rocznej oraz który podmiot zobowiązany jest do wydania rozstrzygnięcia w przedmiocie przyznania, obniżenia albo odmowy przyznania nagrody rocznej.
