  Publikację poświęcono analizie uchwały SN z dnia 15 lutego 2019 r., III CZP 85/18, w której sąd za niedopuszczalne uznał nabywanie przez rodziców dla dziecka znajdującego się pod ich władzą rodzicielską bez zezwolenia sądu opiekuńczego nieruchomości wskutek zawarcia umowy sprzedaży również w przypadku, gdy finanse na kupno uzyskane zostały z darowizny celowej przez nich dokonanej.
