  The Organic Statute of 26 February 1832 signed by tsar Nicholas I of Russia in the aftermath of the November Uprising 1830/31 replaced the autonomy of the Kingdom of Poland resulting from its personal union with the Russian Empire and reduced the Kingdom to one province of the Empire, leaving it, however, a certain separate political system. The Statute was of fundamental importance from the point of view of the functioning of the Kingdom of Poland and set out, in Articles 22-29 and 39-41, its ,final organisation' as well as its head, central and local authorities. The judiciary was constituted pursuant to Article 1 and Articles 55-67, while Articles 31-33 gave rise to such institutions as Department for the Matters of the Kingdom of Poland and the Secretariat of the State of the Kingdom of Poland. Article 18 set grounds for the formation of the Land Credit Society and the Bank of Poland. The provisions of Article 11 were referred to in the declaration of martial law in 1833, and those of Article 12 were relied on in the legalisation of the practice of sequestration and forfeiture. Article 13, in turn, gave the possibility to impose stricter censorship and culturally isolate the Kingdom of Poland, Articles 14-15 were used to justify free economic exploitation, while similar exploitation but of human material (such as 15-years of compulsory military service) was possible owing to the provisions of Article 20. Further, Articles 31 and 68 were referred to by the Imperial authorities in their attempts to implement in the Kingdom of Poland a social system similar to that in the Russian Empire, by inter alia, the imposition of the Laws on Nobility and the matrimonial Law of 1836. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 68, a special  policy was developed at the end of the 1830s to unify and centralise the Kingdom of Poland with the Russian Empire, and the formation in 1839 of the Warsaw Scientific Society, the District Board of Communication District Board in 1846 and the Post District Board in 1852 are but a few examples. This anti-Polish policy pursued by the Russian Empire was temporarily stopped by Aleksander Wielopolski's reforms.;
  Octroyé par le tsar Nicolas Ier après la chute de l'insurection de novembre 1830 à la place de la Constitution de 1815, le Statut organique du 14/26 février 1832 annula l'autonomie du Royaume de Pologne. 11 a réduit ce Royaume à la position d'une province de l'Empire Russe en lui garantissant certaines particularités constitutionnelles. Comme un acte juridique fondamental pour le Royame de Pologne, contrairement à l'avis de l'historiographie polonaise, il ne resta pas en papier, mais il fut appliqué au cours des décennies postérieures. Pendant la cinommée l'organisation difinitive du Royame de Pologne en vertu des articles 22-29, 35-36 et 39-41 il y est arrivé à la création des autorités supremês, centrales et locales. A la base des articles 1, 55 et 56, on a mis en marche l'administration de la justice ainsi que les institutions différantes comme le Dêpartament pour les Affaires du Royaume de Pologne et le Secrétariat d'Etat du Royaume d Pologne (art. 31 et 32). S'ayant référé à l'article 18 du Statut, se sont développés la Société Agricole de Crédit (Towarzystwo Kredytowe Ziemskie) et la Banque Polonaise (Bank Polski). La disposition de l'article 11 fut employée par les autorités russes pour la déclaration de l'état de guerre en 1833 dans le Royaume de Pologne, pour légaliser la pratique de séquestrer et de confisquer des biens des personnes supconnés d'être les adversaires politiques. Aussi l'artcile 13 légalisa la censure de presse et l'isolation culturelle des polonais. Les dispostions des articles 14 et 15 permettaient à l'exploatation matérielle du Royaume, ainsi que l'article 20 imposa à la population polonaise l'obligation du service militaire de 15 ans dans l'armée russe. Les formules des articles 31 et 68 constituaient la base juridique des actions du gouvernement imperiał pour introduire dans le Royaume de Pologne les structuressociales identiques avec celle de l'Empire Russe. Cela fur réalisé par la loi sur la noblesse et par la lois de mariage de 1836. En vertu de la disposition de l'article 68 du Statut organique de 1832, on commança la politique de l'unification du Royaume abec l'Empire Russe, ayant crée l'Arrondissement Scolaires de Varsovie en 1839, le XIIIe Direction de l'Arrondissement de la Communication en 1846 et XIIIe Direction de l'Arrondissement de la Poste. La politique antipolonaise de l'Empire Russe ne fut frainée que temporairement par les réforme d'Alexandre Wielopolski au début des années 60 du XIXe siècle.
