  On July 26, 1944 PKWN signed an agreement with the commander in chief of the Red Army (Stalin). On the basis of this agreement, soviet authorities could arrest Polish citizens. They did it on a massive scale and deported Poles to the USSR. Since autumn 1944, communists terrorized Poland. This was done, among others, on the basis of the October 30, 1944 protection of state decree. The decree provided for the death penalty eleven times. The death penalty was imposed even for the possession of a radio station and for not reporting about the crimes provided for in the decree. Denunciations were mandatory. These were the Soviet patterns. The Criminal Code of the Polish Army of September 23, 1944 was similarly repressive; civilians were also sentenced on the basis of it.;
  W dniu 26 lipca 1944 r. PKWN podpisał porozumienie z wodzem naczelnym Armii Czerwonej (Stalinem). Na mocy tego porozumienia władze sowieckie mogły aresztować obywateli polskich. Czyniły to masowo i wywoziły Polaków do ZSRR. Od jesieni 1944 r. komuniści w Polsce wprowadzili terror. Służył temu m.in. dekret z 30 października 1944 r. o ochronie Państwa. Dekret ten jedenaście razy przewidywał karę śmierci. Kara śmierci groziła nawet za posiadanie radia, jak również za niedoniesienie o przestępstwach przewidzianych w tym dekrecie. Denuncjacje były obowiązkowe. To wzorce sowieckie. Podobny represyjny był kodeks karny Wojska Polskiego z 23 września 1944 r.; skazywano z niego także osoby cywilne.
