• Opis:
  Studia Quaternaria is an official international journal of the Committee for Quaternary Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences that is the national representative of the International Union for Quaternary Research. The journal is a continuation of the journal Quaternary Studies in Poland, published irregularly since 1979. Studia Quaternaria (the name since 2000) is an interdisciplinary scientific journal that presents achievements of the Quaternary research, among others in geology, geomorphology, zoology, botany, pedology, archaeology, engineering geology, conducted not only in Poland and Europe, but also in other regions of the world. The published papers focus on various aspects of the Quaternary, including climate and environmental changes, environmental protection, vegetation and fauna development, landscape transformation and impact of human activity. Studia Quaternaria is a peer-reviewed journal with articles published in English and with a DOI number. Potential guest editors who are interested in a thematic volume are kindly requested to contact the Editor-in-Chief.
