  The main aim of this article is to present the international agreements governing the legal status of international shared resources. The study is a continuation of the issues discussed in previous papers on cross-border mining, so-called shared natural resources and the principle of permanent sovereignty over natural resources. Polish and foreign literature and the international agreements have been used to develop this topic. The first section of the article provides a theoretical basis needed for further discussion. It presents the definitions of the sources of international law, international agreement and their divisions. The second part describes the most relevant features of international agreements on the status of shared natural resources. Then the most significant multilateral and bilateral agreements are presented. Finally, the conclusions of that analysis are presented.;
  Celem artykułu jest omówienie umów międzynarodowych regulujących status prawny zasobów międzynarodowych dzielonych. Opracowanie to jest kontynuacją zagadnień omówionych w poprzednich publikacjach dotyczących górnictwa transgranicznego, tzw. zasobów naturalnych dzielonych oraz zasady stałej suwerenności na zasobami naturalnymi. Do opracowania tego tematu wykorzystano literaturę polską i zagraniczną, a przede wszystkim teksty analizowanych umów międzynarodowych. W pierwszej części niniejszego artykułu przedstawiono teoretyczne podstawy konieczne do dalszych rozważań. Zawiera ona definicje źródeł prawa międzynarodowego, umowy międzynarodowej oraz ich podziałów. Druga część opisuje najistotniejsze cechy umów międzynarodowych o statusie zasobów naturalnych dzielonych. W dalszej kolejności przedstawiono najistotniejsze umowy multilateralne oraz bilateralne. Na zakończenie zaprezentowano wnioski wynikające z przeprowadzonej analizy.
