  The “Lusatian” settlement in Smolnica, site 1, Szamotuły county, discovered in 2020 at the construction of the Wronki bypass

  In 2020, in connection with the construction of the Wronki bypass, excavations were carried out at the Smolnica 1, Szamotuły County. The article presents the results of this work, together with a brief description of the site. The 125 archaeological features recorded were the remains of existing here “Lusatian” settlement dated to the 4th and 5th periods of the Bronze Age. Among the features were fo- und some kinds of pits, post holes and a well with a wooden casing and the remains of a roof. Based on the location of the pits, two zones of concentration of features were identified, which are supposed to correspond to two habitat units (farms). A unique find is a Senička-type pin with southern analogies retrieved from one of the pits.;
  W 2020 roku w związku z budową obwodnicy miasta Wronki przeprowadzono badania wykopaliskowe na stanowisku Smolnica 1, pow. szamotulski. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki tych prac wraz z krótką charakterystyką stanowiska. Zarejestrowanych 125 obiektów stanowiło pozostałości po funkcjonującej tam osadzie „łużyckiej” datowanej na IV i V okres epoki brązu. Wśród obiektów wystąpiły jamy odpadkowe, zasobowe, doły posłupowe oraz studnia z drewnianą cembrowiną i pozostałościami zadaszenia. Na podstawie rozlokowania jam wydzielono dwie strefy koncentracji obiektów, mające odpowiadać dwóm jednostkom siedliskowym (gospodarstwom). Wyjątkowe znalezisko stanowi pozyskana z jednej z jam szpila typu Senička o analogiach południowych.
