  The article concerns the issue of the entry in the register of monuments, distinguishes an individual and an area entry. An important issue is the scope of conservation protection granted to immovable monuments in both types of entries and their impact on obtaining appropriate permits from the voivodeship conservator of monuments. The jurisprudence of administrative courts in this respect will be analysed, especially considering the fact that the aforementioned concepts of individual and area entry do not occur under the provisions of the Act from 23.07.2003 concerning monument protection and care for monuments but only in doctrine and case law.;
  Celem artykułu jest analiza problematyki wpisu do rejestru zabytków przy rozróżnieniu wpisu indywidualnego i wpisu obszarowego. Istotną kwestią będzie zakres ochrony konserwatorskiej przyznawanej zabytkom nieruchomym przy poszczególnych rodzajach wpisów oraz wpływ danego rodzaju wpisu na uzyskanie odpowiednich pozwoleń od wojewódzkiego konserwatora zabytków. Zanalizowane zostanie orzecznictwo sądów administracyjnych w tym zakresie, zważywszy na fakt, że przywołane pojęcia wpisu indywidualnego i obszarowego nie występują na gruncie przepisów ustawy o ochronie zabytków i opiece nad zabytkami, a jedynie w doktrynie i orzecznictwie.
