  The article (the second in turn – from the planned cycle of three) shows the consequences of the 1926 coup d’etat in Lithuania. The focus is primarily on the legal aspects. Presented and evaluated is also the constitution (Basic Law) – adopted by President A. Smetona shortly after the coup – in 1928. Therule of Lithuanian nationalists (tautininkai) after 1926 is also generally characterized.;
  Artykuł (będący drugim z kolei – z planowanego cyklu trzech) przedstawia skutki zamachu stanu na Litwie w 1926 r. Skoncentrowano się przede wszystkim na prawnych aspektach. Przedstawiono i oceniono w nim głownie ustawę zasadniczą – przyjętą przez prezydenta Smetonę w 1928 r., a także generalnie system sprawowania władzy przez litewskich narodowców po 1926 r.
