• Description:
  The article raises the reliability of town seals’ drawings presented in an eighteenth-century manuscript entitled Apparatus Sigillorum Pomeraniae et Rugiae Civitatum held at the State Archive of Greifswald. The drawings of seals shown there were compared with reproductions of the same seals preserved in the archival collections. In this way, it was possible to verify 158 of the 227 seal impressions positively. The accompanying catalogue shows the 69 remaining seals that could not be verified based on the available archival material.;
  W artykule poruszono problem wiarygodności rysunków pieczęci miejskich przedstawionych w XVIII-wiecznym rękopisie pt. Apparatus Sigillorum Pomeraniae et Rugiae Civitatum przechowywanym w Landesarchiv w Greifswaldzie. Ukazane tam rysunki pieczęci porównano z reprodukcjami tychże pieczęci zachowanymi w zbiorach archiwalnych. W ten sposób udało się pozytywnie zweryfikować 158 z 227 odrysów pieczęci. W dołączonym katalogu przedstawiono 69 pozostałych pieczęci, których nie udało się zweryfikować na podstawie dostępnych materiałów archiwalnych.
