  This article presents the operation issue of imaginative variation from the perspective of its feasibility problem, and the very legitimacy of its implementation. I associate the concept of imaginative variation with the categories of transcendence and constitutive consciousness. In the first part of the work, I perform preliminary characterization of the variation operation. In the second part, I present the accusations of Roman Ingarden, which he made in his Critical Remarks, towards the possibility and legitimacy of its feasibility.;
  Niniejszy artykuł prezentuje zagadnienie operacji wariacji imaginacyjnej w perspektywie problemu jej wykonalności oraz samej zasadności jej przeprowadzenia. Koncepcję wariacji imaginacyjnej nierozerwalnie wiążę z kategoriami transcendencji oraz konstytuującej świadomości. W pierwszej części pracy dokonuję wstępnej charakterystyki operacji uzmienniania. W drugiej części prezentuję zarzuty Romana Ingardena, jakie wystosował  w swoich Uwagach krytycznych, w stronę możliwości i zasadności jej wykonalności.
