  Due to the great variability of the educational reality, teachers are required to constantly modify their teaching practice to suit the needs and possibilities of learners, as well as in case of unexpected events. Adaptative behaviour provides the teacher with specific training preparing them for an extremely difficult situation, such as teaching in the era of a pandemic. In the paper, the theoretical considerations are enriched by research conducted in the form of interviews among 14 teacher educators. Their statements allow the exploration of two types of teacher’s behaviour: macro- and microadaptive;
  W związku z wielką zmiennością rzeczywistości edukacyjnej od nauczycieli wymaga się ciągłego modyfikowania praktyki dydaktycznej w zależności od potrzeb i możliwości osób uczących się oraz niespodziewanych wydarzeń. Zachowania adaptacyjne zapewniają nauczycielowi swoisty trening przygotowujący go do sytuacji skrajnie trudnej, jak nauczanie w dobie pandemii. Zawarte w artykule rozważania teoretyczne zostały wzbogacone badaniami prowadzonymi w formie wywiadów wśród 14 nauczycieli nauczycieli. Ich wypowiedzi pozwalają na eksplorację dwóch typów zachowań nauczycieli: makro- i mikroadaptacyjnych
