  Fundusze inwestycyjne już od kilku lat stanowią ważne aktywa w portfelach inwestorów indywidualnych i instytucjonalnych. Ze względu na coraz mniej restrykcyjne przepisy prawne stają się konkurencyjne w stosunku do innych klas aktywów. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie transformacji rynku funduszy powierniczych w fundusze inwestycyjne oraz dalsze zmiany w strukturze tego rynku, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem roli determinant prawno-podatkowych.
