  The article presents the problem of the risks of foreign direct investment in China. It contains information about the risk of FDI, risk of investing in China, data on FDI inflow in China and examples of companies that have invested in the territory of the PRC. This article is based on the literature about FDI in Asia. There are also used database from World Bank, UNCTAD, the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China.;
  W artykule przedstawiono problem ryzyka związanego z lokowaniem bezpośrednich inwestycji zagranicznych w Chinach. Zawarto w nim teoretyczne informacje dotyczące ryzyka inwestycyjnego związanego z BIZ oraz te bezpośrednio dotyczące ryzyka inwestycyjnego w Chinach, a także dane dotyczące inwestycji napływających do Chin oraz przykłady inwestycji przedsiębiorstw na terytorium ChRL. Artykuł powstał na podstawie literatury podejmującej tematykę BIZ na obszarze Azji. Poza tym wykorzystano dane dostępne w opracowaniach Banku Światowego, UNCTAD, Ministerstwa Handlu ChRL.
