  This article will examine the condition of andragogical reflection in the light of 20 volumes of “Andragogy Yearbook” [Rocznik Andragogiczny], covering the period from 1994 to 2014. For the purpose of the analysis, the concept of developmental change was used with reference to three criteria: factors of change, mechanism of change and effect of change. On this basis, the assessment of the magazine’s condition was conducted, in order to formulate challenges related to its future.;
  Celem artykułu jest ocena kondycji refleksji andragogicznej w świetle 20 tomów „Rocznika Andragogicznego” obejmujących lata 1994–2014. Do analizy wykorzystano koncepcję zmiany rozwojowej, odnosząc się do trzech kryteriów: czynników zmiany, mechanizmu zmiany i efektu zmiany. Na tym tle dokonano oceny kondycji czasopisma, by sformułować wyzwania związane z jego przyszłością.
