This work defends the thesis that there is a need to apply education ideals to educators who, by implementing them in their lives, provide their students with the opportunity to critically assess these ideals and understand their significance.;

Próbuje również odpowiedzieć na pytania o zasadność oraz możliwości uobecniania ideałów i celów wychowania w myśleniu teoretyków i działaniu praktyków wychowania. Artykuł jest próbą obrony tezy o potrzebie stanowienia ideałów wychowawczych w odniesieniu do samych wychowawców, którzy urzeczywistniając je we własnym życiu, dają wychowankom możliwość ich krytycznej oceny oraz podjęcia trudu szukania ideału i sensu własnej egzystencji.
