  The article is an attempt to present the dialogue as the basic instrument of the human rights pedagogy based on the concept of freedom and theology of liberation of Jozef Tischner. Liberty is understood not only in as an attribute characteristic of every human being, yet above all in the subjective context. It is inseparably identical with the human being who defines and validates it mainly through the dialogue – the interaction with the other. ;
  Artykuł jest próbą ukazania dialogu jako podstawowego narzędzia pedagogiki praw człowieka na przykładzie koncepcji wolności i teologii wyzwolenia Józefa Tischnera. Wolności rozumianej nie tylko w kontekście przymiotu, jako cechy przynależnej każdej istocie ludzkiej, ale przede wszystkim w kontekście podmiotowym, tożsamej z samym człowiekiem, który definiuje i uprawomocnia ją głównie poprzez dialog – interakcję z „innym”.
