  Creating equal conditions for competition on the market consists in setting the sector regulation.  Sector regulations have coincident cells and assumptions, similarly to the antitrust law. The provisions of the  sector regulations are autonomous in view of regulations of the antitrust law. The decision of the sector regulator bodies is replacing the decision of the Chairman of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.;
  Regulacje sektorowe obejmują kreację równych dla wszystkich warunków konkurowania na rynku. Regulacje sektorowe są zbieżne z założeniami i treścią prawa antymonopolowego. Natomiast korzyści z regulacji sektorowych w świetle regulacji prawa antymonopolowego są autonomiczne. Decyzje regulatorów sektorowych zastępują decyzje Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów.
