  Logistics Personnel is a field of border management science theory, human resources and logistics, but today is still in the early stages of its development. The essence of logistics personnel is to assist in ensuring the organization of human resources in the right size and the right competencies necessary to carry out its overall strategy in the current and future. Important value they can bring logistics solutions used in the field of human resource management is to optimize the cost and time involved in the implementation of the HR function, and build its high efficiency. Despite such advantages logistics solutions in the Polish HR organizations are now being used quite rarely.;
  Logistyka personalna jest  dziedziną z pogranicza nauki o zarządzaniu zasobami ludzkimi oraz teorii logistyki, jednak obecnie znajduje się jeszcze w początkowej fazie swojego rozwoju. Istotą logistyki personalnej jest wspomaganie procesu zapewniania organizacji zasobów ludzkich w odpowiedniej wielkości i o odpowiednich kompetencjach, niezbędnych do realizowania przez nią ogólnej strategii w okresie bieżącym oraz przyszłym. Istotną wartością, jaką mogą wnieść rozwiązania z zakresu logistyki zastosowane w obszarze zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi, jest optymalizowanie kosztów i nakładów czasu związanych z realizacją funkcji personalnej, a także budowanie jej wysokiej efektywności. Mimo takich walorów rozwiązania z zakresu logistyki personalnej w polskich organizacjach stosowane są obecnie dość rzadko.
