  One of the objectives of the Common Agricultural Policy is to improve competition in the agri-food sector. Modifications to this policy have focused on food quality, environmental protection and improving trade relations. Similarly, the regulatory proposals of the European Commission between 2021 and 2027 aim to achieve a sustainable agricultural sector that promotes competitiveness. In this article, the commercial practices of traders in the agri-food market and the actors that are part of the distribution chain of these products are examined. Particular attention is given to unfair behaviour that affects the interests of competitors, consumers and other participating actors.;
  La mejora de la competencia en el ámbito agroalimentario es uno de los objetivos que definen la Política Agraria Común (PAC). Las progresivas modificaciones que ha experimentado dicha Política se han focalizado en la calidad alimentaria, la protección del medio ambiente y la mejora de las relaciones comerciales. En términos similares, se han definido las propuestas legislativas presentadas por la Comisión durante el periodo 2021-2027 que tratan de conseguir un sector agrícola sostenible y en el que se favorezca la competitividad. Siendo fundamental, al objeto de este trabajo, la atención a las prácticas comerciales de los empresarios en el mercado agroalimentario y de los que forman parte de la cadena de distribución de dichos productos. En concreto, las cuestiones referidas a los comportamientos desleales que afectan a los intereses de los competidores, de los consumidores y del resto de sujetos participantes en este sector.;
