Those literary traces of intimate, painful feelings usually have a self-therapeutic purpose. The intensity of emotions, more often overt, sometimes hidden by writers, becomes an essential common ground in contemporary communication circuits.;
  Artykuł zawiera rozważania poświęcone tekstom z XXI wieku zawierającym zapis doświadczenia śmierci matki, tworzonym przez autorów przynależących do różnych pokoleń. Literackie ślady takich intymnych i bolesnych uczuć odsłaniają z reguły swój autoterapeutyczny wymiar. Intensywność emocji, zazwyczaj jawna, czasami skrywana, staje się ważną płaszczyzną porozumienia we współczesnych obiegach komunikacyjnych.
