  The text introduces the plans, the course and the effects of the special propaganda actions carried out by the Association WiN in the years 1945–1946, with particular attention to their implementation in the area of the District WiN Białystok. The pre-referendum „R” campaign and the pre-election „O” campaign were aimed at weakening the communist authorities and uplifting the public. ;
  Tekst przybliża plany, przebieg i skutki specjalnych akcji propagandowych prowadzonych przez Zrzeszenie WiN w latach 1945–1946 ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem ich realizacji na terenie Okręgu WiN Białystok. Przedreferendalna akcja „R” i przedwyborcza akcja „O” miały na celu osłabienie władz komunistycznych i podniesienie na duchu społeczeństwa.
