• Description:
  The financial situation of communities and municipalities of Warmia and Mazury voivodeship is a very important factor which determines their EU funds’ absorption. The amount of their own income, the ability to get some money from different organizations, and the level of cooperation with banks - these all have a substantial meaning for communities. The lack of funds in the preliminary stage of preparations might be sometimes a decisive factor in giving up the efforts lor FU funds. Hanks are an important, but not only, source of money. An additional problem for communities is a formal barrier. This is connected with a preliminary stage (difficult form to fill in, foreign language problems) and with realization of the accepted projects (additional costs of specialists employed).;
