  The virtues and properties of both divine and human natures can be referred to Christ. Following these doctrinal assumptions, the Fathers of the Church, when trying to describe the person of Jesus Christ, Incarnate God, created a number of names and terms, both single- and multi-word ones, which are called “Christological titles”. Based on The Paedagogus Book I of Clement of Alexandria, this paper presents the basic Christological titles from the perspective of its use in preaching.;
  Do Chrystusa możemy odnosić przymioty i właściwości obu natur, zarówno Boskiej, jak i ludzkiej. Na bazie tych założeń doktrynalnych ojcowie Kościoła, usiłując opisać Osobę Jezusa Chrystusa, Boga Wcielonego, utworzyli szereg nazw i terminów jedno- lub wielowyrazowych, które zwykło się oznaczać określeniem „tytuły chrystologiczne”. W oparciu o I księgę Pedagoga Klemensa Aleksandryjskiego zaprezentowano w niniejszej pracy podstawowe tytuły chrystologiczne w kontekście ich wykorzystania w przepowiadaniu homilijnym
