The subject of the article is an analysis of the prenuptial agreement concluded between the Voivode of Sandomierz, Jan Tarło, and his fourth and last wife – Zofia née Krasiński – in 1746. The indicated material is particularly valuable, because it has not been analyzed by researchers so far. The financial and legal arrangements secured the interests of both sides, and also influenced the distribution of the rights to the property after Jan Tarło’s childless death in 1750. The analysis of the document is supplemented by an edition of the source (the original is stored in the Central State Historical Archives in Kiev).;
Przedmiotem artykułu jest analiza intercyzy ślubnej zawartej przez wojewodę sandomierskiego Jana Tarłę i jego czwartą, ostatnią małżonkę – Zofię z Krasińskich. Wskazany materiał jest tym cenniejszy, że nie był dotychczas analizowany przez badaczy. Podjęte ustalenia o charakterze majątkowym i prawnym stanowiły formę zabezpieczenia interesów umawiających się stron, a także wpłynęły na sposób podziału praw do majątku po bezdzietnej śmierci Jana Tarły w 1750 r. Analizę dokumentu uzupełnia edycja źródła, przechowywanego w Centralnym Państwowym Archiwum Historycznym w Kijowie.
