The article aims at presenting the political activity of Anna Jabłonowska during the Bar Confederation. The research is based on the letters of Anna Jabłonowska, the wife of the Voivod of Bracław, to Teofila Sapieha, kept in the Stefanyk National Science Library in Lvov. The author discusses first and foremost the events which took place in the Great Duchy of Lithuania, paying particular attention to the conflict between Józef Sapieha and Michał Ogiński, regarding the leadership position over the confederate Lithuanian forces, as well as the issues regarding the political involvement of the duchess.;
  Der Aufsatz hat zum Ziel, politische Tätigkeit von Anna Paulina Jabłonowska während der Konföderationvon Bar darzustellen. Dem Text liegen die von der Woiwodin von Bracław (dt.: Brazlaw) an Teofila Sapieżyna geschriebenen Briefe zugrunde, die in der Wasyl Stefanyk—Ukrainischen Wissenschaftlichen Nationalbibliothek in Lemberg gesammelt wurden. Die Verfasserin befasst sich mit den Geschehnissen, die im Gebiet des Großfürstentums Litauen stattfanden und berücksichtigt vor allem den Streit zwischen Józef Sapieha und Michał Ogiński um das Kommando über konföderierte litauische Truppen. Außerdem schildert sie auch politische Ansichten der Fürstin.
