The following article contains the reflections on the book Wyparte historie. Antysemityzm na Uniwersytecie Poznańskim w latach 1919– 1939 (Poznań 2022). It contains the findings of the works of a research team appointed by the rector of the Adam Mickiewicz University Andrzej Lesicki on the topic of the manifestation of antisemitism in the university during the interwar period. The main theme of the narrative is the manifestation of antisemitism in the Poznań University, though essentially the book is a collection of loosely connected studies. The reflections of the author of the article concern three areas: validity of using the term “repressed stories” in the title of the book, antisemitism in Poznań and its distinguishing features, as well as the odium for Poznań resulting from associating it with the National Democracy (endecja), and comparative aspect.;
Niniejszy artykuł zawiera refleksje wokół książki Wyparte historie. Antysemityzm na Uniwersytecie Poznańskim w latach 1919–1939 (Poznań 2022). Zawiera ona wyniki prac zespołu naukowego powołanego przez rektora UAM Andrzeja Lesickiego na temat przejawów antysemityzmu na uczelni w okresie międzywojennym. Nicią przewodnią narracji są przejawy antysemityzmu na UP, zasadniczo jednak książka stanowi zbiór luźno ze sobą powiązanych studiów. Poniższe refleksje dotyczą trzech obszarów: zasadności użycia w tytule książki pojęcia „wyparte historie”, poznańskiego antysemityzmu i jego cech swoistych, a przy okazji ciążącego na Poznaniu odium endeckości, oraz aspektu porównawczego.
