Celem artykułu jest odpowiedź na pytanie o sposób myślenia Brytyjczyków i ich priorytety w wytyczaniu granic – zarówno tych, które z punktu widzenia Londynu miały poważne znaczenie strategiczne, jak i zupełnie go nieobchodzących.
