Trotz der Veränderungen in den Methoden der Informationsübermittlung sind gedruckte Publikationen nach wie vor ein wesentliches Mittel der Wissensverbreitung und haben im akademischen Umfeld eine gefestigte Position. Sie sind auch ein bedeutsames Element zur Bewertung des wissenschaftlichen Werkes einzelner Mitarbeiter in der Lehre und der Tätigkeitsbeurteilung von Forschungsinstituten. Zu diesem Zweck werden neben verschiedenen Qualitätskriterien (Impact Faktor, Hirsch- und Egghe-Index, das Punktsystem des Ministeriums für Wissenschaft und Hochschulwesen) immer öfter bibliographische Beschreibungen oder deren ausgewählte Merkmale genutzt. Auf dieser Grundlage wird auf Beziehungen zwischen den Dokumenten hingewiesen und es werden ihre Sammlungen und Eigenschaften charakterisierenden Parameter festgestellt. Der vorliegende Artikel ist ein Versuch, derartige Abhängigkeiten aufzuzeigen. Er präsentiert die Analyseergebnisse des dokumentarischen Werkes, das den Bibliotheken in Toruń thematisch gewidmet und in der "Polnischen Buchwissenschaftlichen Bibliographie" in den Jahren 1995-2011 registriert ist. Das Forschungsmaterial umfasst eine Sammlung von 264 bibliographischen Positionen, die aus verschiedenen Typen von Dokumenten bestehen: Bücher und deren Redaktion, periodische Veröffentlichungen, Artikel aus Zeitschriften sowie Fragmente aus Gemeinschaftsarbeiten. Die Autorin analysiert das gesammelte Material quantitativ und qualitativ, wobei sie sowohl auf die Zuwachsdynamik der Publikationen, die Vielfalt der Publikationsformen sowie die Themenbereiche der publizierten Arbeiten wie auch die Spezifik der "Polnischen Buchwissenschaftlichen Bibliographie" als Datenquelle für bibliometrische Forschungen ihr besonderes Augenmerk richtet.;
Despite changes in methods of transferring information, printed publications are still an important means of spreading knowledge and have an established position among academics. They also constitute an essential element which evaluates academic achievements of academics and researchers. It is more and more frequent that bibliographical descriptions or some of their parts are employed in the process of such evaluations besides various quality meters (impact factor, Hirsch’s and Egghe’s indexes, the scoring of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education). On this basis the relations between documents are established and parameters characterizing their collections and features are defined. The article is an attempt to show this type of relationship. It presents the results of the examination of the collection of documents dedicated to the libraries in Toruń, and registered in the “Polish Bibliological Bibliography” in the years 1995-2011. The research material comprises the collection of 264 bibliographical works such as books and their versions before the final revision, periodicals, articles from the press and fragments of joint publications. The author analyses the quantity and content of the material collected, paying special attention to both the rapid growth in the number of publications, the variety of publishing forms, the thematic range of published works, and the specificity of the “Polish Bibliological Bibliography” as a source of data to bibliometrical research.;
Mimo zmian zachodzących w metodach przekazywania informacji, publikacje drukowane są nadal istotnym środkiem rozpowszechniania wiedzy i posiadają ugruntowaną pozycję w środowisku akademickim. Są one również jednym ze znaczących elementów wartościowania dorobku naukowego poszczególnych pracowników nauki i oceny działalności instytucji badawczych. Coraz częściej do tego celu, obok różnych mierników jakości (impact factor, indeksy Hirscha i Egghe, punktacja Ministerstwa Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego), wykorzystuje się opisy bibliograficzne lub ich wybrane cechy. Na tej podstawie wskazuje się relacje pomiędzy dokumentami oraz ustala parametry charakteryzujące ich zbiory i właściwości. Niniejszy artykuł jest próbą wskazania tego typu zależności. Prezentuje on wyniki analizy dorobku dokumentalnego tematycznie dedykowanego bibliotekom w Toruniu, a zarejestrowanego w „Polskiej Bibliografii Bibliologicznej” w latach 1995–2011. Materiał badawczy obejmuje zbiór 264 pozycji bibliograficznych, na który składają się różne typy dokumentów: książki i ich redakcje, wydawnictwa periodyczne, artykuły z czasopism oraz fragmenty prac zbiorowych. Autorka dokonuje analizy ilościowej i treściowej zebranego materiału, zwracając szczególną uwagę zarówno na dynamikę przyrostu publikacji, różnorodność form wydawniczych oraz zakresy tematyczne publikowanych prac, jak i specyfikę „Polskiej Bibliografii Bibliologicznej” jako źródła danych do badań bibliometrycznych.
