The aim of the work is to discuss the problem of loneliness as a pastoral challenge in working with infertile couples. It was based on the experience of pastoral and therapeutic work and the results of surveys conducted in 2019 among a group of people affected by infertility. It must be stated that loneliness is a serious problem in infertility. Childless spouses need and expect the support of the Church, but they often feel left out and forgotten. Pastoral accompaniment alleviates the loneliness experienced in infertility and prevents a crisis of faith.;
Celem pracy jest omówienie problemu samotności jako wyzwania duszpasterskiego w pracy z parami niepłodnymi. Opierto się na doświadczeniu pracy duszpasterskiej i terapeutycznej oraz wynikach badań sondażowych, przeprowadzonych w 2019 roku w grupie osób dotkniętych problemem niepłodności. Należy stwierdzić, że samotność jest poważnym problemem w niepłodności. Małżonkowie bezdzietni potrzebują i oczekują wsparcia Kościoła, często jednak czują się pominięci, zapomniani. Duszpasterskie towarzyszenie łagodzi samotność doświadczaną w bezpłodności i zapobiega kryzysowi wiary.
