  Die Oesterreichisch-ungarische Bank war ein Prototyp für die Ausgestaltung des rechtlichen Status der Zentralbanken in den neu gegründeten Staaten Mitteleuropas nach dem Ersten Weltkrieg. Die Zusamennhang wird in der polnischen Literatur übersehen, da die Genese des polnischen Zentralbankwesens ausschließlich auf der 1820 gegründeten Bank von Polen beruht. Der Vorbildcharakter der Oesterreichisch-ungarischen Bank wird durch eine funktional vergleichende Analyse ihrer Statuten mit denen der Oesterreichischen Nationalbank, der Tschechoslowakischen Nationalbank, der Bank Polski S.A. und der Reichsbank bestätigt. Diese Analyse zeigt Ähnlichkeiten in Inhalt und Struktur der Statuten und der verwendeten Rechtsinstitute bei allen untersuchten Banken mit Ausnahme der Reichsbank. Diese Ähnlichkeit zeigt sich insbesondere in der Gründung der Banken als eigenständige Banken. Diese Banken wurden als Aktiengesellschaften gegründet und Streitigkeiten zwischen der Zentralbank und dem Staat sollten mit Ausnahme der Reichsbank durch Schiedsgerichte entschieden werden.;
  The Austro-Hungarian Bank was the prototype for the regulation of the legal status of central banks in the newly established states in Central Europe after the First World War. This relationship is overlooked in the Polish literature, as the genesis of Polish central banking is based solely on the Bank of Poland, founded in 1820. The exemplary nature of the Austro-Hungarian Bank is confirmed by a common core approach analysis of its articles of association with the articles of the Austrian National Bank, the Czechoslovak National Bank, Bank of Poland S.A., and the Reichsbank. This analysis shows similarities in the content and structure of the articles and the legal institution used in all banks except the Reichsbank. The similarity is particularly evident in the establishment of the banks as independent banks. All banks were established as joint-stock companies, and disputes between the central bank and the state were to be settled by an arbitration court, except for the Reichsbank.;
  Bank Austriacko-Węgierski był pierwowzorem dla uregulowania statusu prawnego banków centralnych nowo powstałych państw w Europie Środkowej po I wojnie światowej. Istnienie takiego związku w polskiej literaturze jest pomijane, gdyż geneza polskiej bankowości centralnej opiera się wyłącznie na Banku Polskim założonym w 1820 r. Wzorcowy charakter Banku Austriacko-Węgierskiego potwierdza analiza funkcjonalno-porównawcza jego statutu ze statutami Austriackiego Banku Narodowego, Czechosłowackiego Banku Narodowego, Banku Polskiego S.A. oraz Banku Rzeszy. Wykazuje ona podobieństwa w zakresie treści i struktury statutów oraz wykorzystanych instytucji prawa we wszystkich analizowanych bankach z wyjątkiem Banku Rzeszy. Podobieństwo to jest szczególnie widoczne w ukształtowaniu banków jako banków niezależnych. Banki te zostały utworzone jako spółki akcyjne, a spory między bankiem centralnym a państwem miały rozwiązywać sądy arbitrażowe za wyjątkiem Banku Rzeszy.
