Companies are expected to form networks that enable access to knowledge and information, and most of all stimulate the diffusion of innovations, which increase the effectiveness of their operations. It is therefore essential to discuss cooperation and competitiveness as forms of increasing of growth potential of companies.Generally speaking businesses should strengthen their relations within networks, accumulate knowledge and information, which transform into competitive advantage and value creation. New directions in crafting of growth potential are necessary to embrace the concept of sustainable growth.;
  Współczesne metody zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem ewoluują w kierunku poprawy efektywności, oraz powinny uwzględniać wyzwania strategii „Europa 2020”, aby przyczynić się do wzrostu gospodarczego. Stąd oczekuje się aby przedsiębiorstwa organizowały się w sieci, które sprzyjają pozyskaniu wiedzy i informacji, a przede wszystkim wdrażaniu innowacji, co zwiększa efektywność działania. Oznacza to również, że istotne jest omówienie współpracy i konkurencyjności jako form zwiększania potencjału rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa.Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie współpracy, która prowadzi do rozwoju sieci sprzyjających rozwojowi gospodarki opartej na wiedzy i innowacji.Ogólnie ujmując stwierdza się, że przedsiębiorstwo powinno wzmacniać relacje w sieci, pozyskiwać wiedzę i informację, co przyczynia się do uzyskania przewagi konkurencyjnej i kreowania wartości. Omawiane kierunki zmian w kształtowaniu potencjału przedsiębiorstwa są niezbędne, ponieważ zarządzanie oparto na zrównoważonym rozwoju.
