  The main object of this paper is to examine the influence of the railway lines liquidation on changes in the functional and spatial structures of towns in Lower Silesia. In the article different forms of the postrail and railside areas land use were illustrated, at the assumption that it is the first phase of searching for appropriate forms of using them.;
  Treścią i celem artykułu jest zbadanie wpływu likwidacji dotąd bardzo licznych połączeń kolejowych na terenie województwa dolnośląskiego na zmiany funkcjonalnoprzestrzenne w granicach miast oraz zilustrowanie różnych form zagospodarowania terenów pokolejowych i przykolejowych, przy założeniu, że jest to pierwsza faza szukania właściwych form ich wykorzystania.
