  This article presents the concept of evidence-based school prevention and analyses the effectiveness of selected programs implemented in schools. Based on a review of the literature and databases such as Blueprints for Healthy Youth Development, three programs are discussed: LifeSkills Training, Coping Power, and Positive Action. The paper identifies key features of effective interventions and explores limitations related to their implementation. It emphasises the importance of systemic approaches, fidelity of implementation, and contextual adaptation in school-based prevention;
  Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie kluczowych założeń profilaktyki szkolnej opartej na dowodach naukowych, omówienie skuteczności przykładowych programów oraz identyfikacja wyzwań związanych z ich realizacją. Artykuł ma charakter koncepcyjny i opiera się na przeglądzie literatury oraz baz indeksujących programy profilaktyczne oparte na dowodach naukowych.
