  The purpose of the article is to present the specificity of the school system in Ireland in the aspect of the possibility of educating children of economic emigrants from Poland. Apart from theoretical content, the author presents the results of her own research, which she carried out in Ireland in 2015–2016 among 197 families of Polish emigrants, staying abroad for 5 to 10 years, employed legally and having a permanent job.;
  Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie specyfiki funkcjonowania systemu szkolnego w Irlandii w aspekcie możliwości kształcenia dzieci emigrantów zarobkowych z Polski. Autorka prezentuje oprócz treści teoretycznych także wyniki badań własnych, które przeprowadziła w latach 2015–2016 w Irlandii wśród 197 rodzin polskich emigrantów, przebywających za granicą od 5 do 10 lat, zatrudnionych legalnie i posiadających stałą pracę.
