Die im Titel des vorliegenden Artikels gestellte Frage wird positiv beantwortet. Im einleitenden Teil des Textes wird Versuch unternommen, die ars rhetorica zu definieren. Diese Aufgabe hat sich methodologisch als problematisch aber nicht als unmöglich erwiesen: die Rhetorik lässt sich nach den allgemein akzeptieren Methoden der Disziplinenbestimmung nicht erfassen. Im nächsten Schritt werden die Forschungsprojekte der im Institut für Germanistik der Universität Wrocław arbeitenden Linguist*innen identifiziert und im Sinn der am Textanfang formulierten Frage analysiert. Es lassen sich zahleiche, wichtige Forschungsfelder beobachten, die das analytische, methodologische und theoretische Interesse Breslauer Sprachforscher*innen an der Rhetorik als Instrument zur Erforschung der Rhetorizität des Kommunikationsprozesses beweisen, was sich am angehängten Literaturverzeichnis bemerken lässt.;
The question phrased in this article’s title finds a positive answer in the following substance. In the first part of article there was made an attempt to define a term ars rhetorica, which happened to be methodologically problematic. However, it is not impossible, although rhetoric can’t be limited by boundaries established by commonly used division of science fields. Then research projects led by linguists of the Wroclaw University’s Institute of German Studies has been analyzed in the context of a problem phrased in the beginning of this work. The analysis allows one to notice an engagement for methodological, analytic and theoretic possibilities of rhetorical research amongst the scholars. Reflection of what has been mentioned above is being found in the outline of linguistic-rhetorical bibliography, attached to this work.;
Pytanie, sformułowane w tytule niniejszego artykułu, znajduje pozytywną odpowiedź w treści pracy. W początkowej części artykułu podjęto próbę zdefiniowania terminu ars rhetorica. To zadanie okazało się być metodologicznie problematyczne. Nie jest ono jednak niemożliwe do zrealizowania, choć retoryka nie da się ograniczyć do ram, wyznaczonych przez powszechnie stosowany podział dyscyplin naukowych. Następnie przeanalizowano projekty badawcze, prowadzone przez językoznawców, pracujących w Instytucie Filologii Germańskiej Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego, uwzględniając problem, sformułowany na początku pracy. Analiza pozwala zauważyć zainteresowanie wrocławskich germanistów metodologicznymi, analitycznymi i teoretycznymi możliwościami badań retorycznych, których obiektem jest retoryczność procesu komunikacji. Znalazło to odzwierciedlenie w zarysie bibliografii językoznawczo-retorycznej, dołączonej do pracy.
