The author of the article discusses it through the prism of legal and political content identifiable in the text without omitting references to the state and its system in Tuwim’s earlier works, and indicates the way in which the short-term student of law school perceived and experienced law. The superb boyish laws are the fragment of Kwiaty Polskie which the author analysed in terms of the legislative technique.
