  This article presents the results of a pilot and exploration study. The main objective of the research was to investigate the differences of intergenerational learning in the process of hominisation. For the purpose of the study the author used the quantitative strategy of research and author’s instrument of measurement. In the study participated 50 adult respondents from province opolskie. The research in question combines in a way such fields of knowledge as anthropology, pedagogics and psychology; the aim of the combination is to explore the processes which support the development of a human being in light of andragogy. Two conceptions have constituted the theoretical and methodological basis of the considerations: M. Mead’ssystem of three cultures (prefigurative, configurative, and postfigurative) and K. Popielski’s dimensions of being and becoming a man (biological, social, cultural, subjective and personal, neotic).The author of the article presents the relationship between learning in the abovementioned three types of culture and the dimensions of hominisation. All the above issues have been considered in the here presented analysis of results, which depicts the intergenerational learning as a common phenomenon present in all dimensions of existence. The results of the research indicate that the postfigurative culture predominates in biological, social, and neotic dimensions. However the configurative culture takes part in biggest degree in cultural and biological dimensions. The last type of culture it predominates in social and cultural dimensions of hominisations.;
  Artykuł przedstawia wyniki pilotażowych badań eksploracyjnych, których celem było rozpoznanie różnic występujących pomiędzy udziałem trzech kultur w procesach uczenia się w obszarach hominizacji człowieka dorosłego. W związku z czym przedmiotem badań jest międzypokoleniowe uczenie się rozpatrywane w kontekście poszczególnych wymiarów egzystencji. Badania zostały przeprowadzone w województwie opolskim, próba badawcza liczyła 50 respondentów. Posłużono się ilościową strategią badań, stosując autorskie narzędzie pomiaru. Omawiane badania są przykładem połączenia wiedzy z zakresu antropologii, pedagogiki i psychologii do badania procesów wspierających rozwój człowieka na gruncie andragogiki. Za podstawę teoretyczno-metodologiczną rozważań przyjęto układy trzech kultur według Margaret Mead (kofiguratywnej, prefiguratynej i postfiguratywnej) oraz wymiary bycia i stawania się człowiekiem (biologiczny, społeczny, kulturowy, podmiotowo-osobowy, neotyczny) opisywane przez Kazimierza Popielskiego. Zaprezentowana analiza wyników, uwzględniając powyższe kwestie, obrazuje międzypokoleniowe uczenie się jako zjawisko powszechne, występujące we wszystkich wymiarach egzystencji. Rezultaty badań wskazują, iż kultura postfiguratywna w największym stopniu bierze udział w transmisji treści związanych z wymiarem neotycznym, a następnie społecznym i biologicznym. Z kolei układ kultury kofiguratywnej dominuje w kulturowym i biologicznym obszarze hominizacji. Prefiguratywna kultura odgrywa najmniejszą rolę w omawianym procesie, przy czym największy jej udział widoczny jest w wymiarze społecznym i kulturowym.
