Put into practice of administrative justice in Ukraine is the guarantee of citizen’s constitutional rights in Ukraine, as well as of the electoral rights. This article is research of theoretical and practical questions triel in administrative court of electoral disputes, to the nature of the electoral dispute, to the establishment of its features, models and features of the judicial resolution of electoral disputesin local elections in Ukraine in 2015, as well as formulating recommendations aimed to improving the legal regulation of the solution of the electoral disputes by the courts.;
Запровадження адміністративних судів стало аргументом щодо захисту конституційних прав громадян, у тому числі і виборчого права. У статті розглядаються питання правового регулювання розгляду адміністративними судами виборчих спорів на місцевих виборах в Україні у 2015 р.
