  This article deals with the principles of establishing and implementing the budget of the Supreme Administrative Court. It aims to show that in terms of financial and budgetary issues the administrative judiciary constitutes a separate judicial branch in Poland, independent of the legislative and executive powers. The research methods used in the article are the dogmatic-legal method, the descriptive method and the statistical method. The analysis of the legal acts presented in the text, as well as the quantitative analysis and percentage calculations of the budget of the administrative judiciary confirm the thesis proposed above.;
  Artykuł podejmuje tematykę zasad ustalania i wykonywania budżetu Naczelnego Sądu Administracyjnego. Celem opracowania jest wykazanie, że sądownictwo administracyjne stanowi w kwestiach finansowych i budżetowych odrębny pion sądownictwa w Polsce, niezależny od władzy ustawodawczej i wykonawczej. Metody badawcze zastosowane w pracy to metoda dogmatycznoprawna, metoda opisowa oraz metoda statystyczna. Analiza przedstawionych w tekście aktów prawnych, a także analiza kwotowa i wyliczenia procentowe budżetu sądownictwa administracyjnego potwierdzają tezę przedstawioną powyżej.
