  In this paper I would like to prove that goal-interpretation directives in law are conventional constitutive rules. I further argue that in a situation of a conflict in the application of preference directives (second grade interpretation directives) it is the law values that play a predominant role in soloving the problem.;
  W artykule chciałbym wykazać, że dyrektywy preferencji wykładni prawa są konwencjonalnymi regułami konstytutywnymi. Nadto argumentuję, że w sytuacji wystąpienia konfliktu w stosowaniu dyrektyw preferencji (dyrektyw wykładni drugiego stopnia) podstawową rolę w rozwiązywaniu powyższego konfliktu odgrywają wartości prawa.
