  The aim of the book review  is to discuss the problem of harming and suffering of animals as entities created by God, based on the text  Boskie zwierzęta [God's Animals] by Szymon Hołownia. This is an important attempt to provide arguments for the necessity of treating animals with respect and compassion. The priority of the author is to oppose intensive, profit-oriented industrial breeding. The second value of the book is an attempt to show the divine status of creation from the point of view of Catholic theology.;
  Artykuł recenzyjny omawiający na podstawie książki Szymona Hołowni Boskie zwierzęta problem krzywdy i cierpienia zwierząt jako bytów stworzonych przez Boga. To ważna próba argumentowania na rzecz konieczności otoczenia zwierząt poszanowaniem i współczuciem przez ludzi, a priorytetem jest przeciwstawienie się intensywnej, skoncentrowanej na zysku – a nie dobru zwierząt – przemysłowej hodowli zwierząt. Drugą wartością książki Hołowni jest próba ukazania Boskiego statusu stworzenia z punktu widzenia teologii katolickiej.
