  The article discusses the correlation between financial security and the use of banking services of the elderly population in polish society, paying particular attention to modern services offered today by public administration entities. This article discusses the issue of the use of banking services, its level and what influences it in the era of electronic services, such as online and mobile banking and e-Services. Attention was also paid to the problem of the influence of demographic phenomena on the level of the use of banking services. Moreover, the level of digitisation in the EU countries was presented.;
  W artykule poruszane jest zagadnienie korelacji bezpieczeństwa finansowego z ubankowieniem społeczeństwa polskiego na przykładzie starszej jego części, zwracając szczególną uwagę na nowoczesne usługi, jakie współcześnie oferują podmioty administracji publicznej. Podjęto również tematykę samego ubankowienia Polaków – jego poziomu oraz tego, co na niego wpływa – w dobie usług elektronicznych, takich jak bankowość internetowa czy mobilna, a także e-usługi. Zwrócono także uwagę na problematykę wpływu zjawisk demograficznych na poziom ubankowienia, a także odniesiono się do poziomu cyfryzacji w państwach UE.
