  The aim of the article is to answer the question to what extent a contract for harvesting aid constitutes the grounds for a legal relationship characterised by the equality of parties and whether it is an obligation of diligence or result. The conclusion is that a contract for harvesting aid is a contract which is binding upon the parties bilaterally, as well as being causative, consensual and payable. It is an agreement regulating civil law relationships between a farmer conducting agricultural activity and a helper assisting the farmer in an agricultural holding during harvest. The scope of the helper’s activities defined by the farmer in the contract may determine whether the helper’s performance makes the obligation of a result or a diligence character. This, in turn, will depends on the accuracy of the specification of the help and the method of payment of remuneration agreed by the parties.;
  Lo scopo dell’articolo è di rispondere alla domanda in quale misura il contratto di aiuto alla raccolta costituisca un rapporto giuridico di base caratterizzato dalla parità dei soggetti, e se si tratti di una obbligazione di mezzi o di risultato. Nella parte conclusiva, l’autore afferma che il contratto in oggetto è di tipo sinallagmatico, causale, consensuale e a titolo oneroso. Esso regola rapporti giuridici tra un agricoltore che svolge attività agricola e un aiutante che lo assiste durante la raccolta nell’azienda. Le mansioni dell’aiutante, così come specificate dall’agricoltore, possono rivelarsi determinati al fine, appunto, di distinguere tra una obbligazione di mezzi o di risultato. In tal senso, risulta fondamentale la precisione conla quale vengono definite l’assistenza da prestare e la modalità di pagamento concordata.;
  Celem artykułu jest odpowiedź na pytanie, na ile umowa o pomocy stanowi podstawę stosunku prawnego charakteryzującego się równością stron i czy jest to obowiązek staranności, czy też skutku. Wniosek jest taki, że umowa o pomocy przy zbiorach jest umową, która wiąże obie strony, a także ma charakter przyczynowy, jest zgodna i płatna. Jest to umowa regulująca stosunki cywilnoprawne między rolnikiem prowadzącym działalność rolniczą a pomocnikiem pomagającym rolnikowi w gospodarstwie rolnym podczas żniw. Zakres czynności pomocnika określony przez rolnika w umowie może przesądzić o tym, czy działanie pomocnika ma charakter rezultatu czy staranności. To z kolei będzie zależało od dokładności określenia pomocy oraz uzgodnionego przez strony sposobu wypłaty wynagrodzenia.
