  Innovative companies is one of the key conditions for enhancing the competitiveness of the economy. Unfortunately the Polish economy, according to reports published by the European Commission is still far behind other European countries with the highest degree of innovation. Therefore, in an article on the basis of their own attempts to identify the major determinants associated with the development of innovation through public-private partnership. Has also been a major strategic review of legislation affecting the development of this instrument in the Polish economy and brought closer the most important concepts associated with the use of this formula. The starting point for the study was the hypothesis that the level of support that instrument innovativeness of Polish enterprises is minimal and highly inadequate. In order to verify the results of the test were used in independent chi-square.;
  Innowacyjność przedsiębiorstw jest jednym z kluczowych warunków poprawiania konkurencyjności gospodarki. Niestety polska gospodarka według raportów publikowanych przez Komisje Europejska ciągle pozostaje daleko za krajami europejskimi o najwyższym stopniu innowacyjności. W związku z tym w artykule na podstawie badan własnych podjęto próbę identyfikacji głównych uwarunkowań związanych z rozwojem innowacyjności przy pomocy partnerstwa publiczno-prywatnego. Dokonano także przegladu najważniejszych strategicznych aktów prawnych wpływających na rozwój tego instrumentu w gospodarce polskiej oraz przybliżono najważniejsze pojęcia związane ze stosowaniem tej formuły. Punktem wyjścia do przeprowadzonych badan była hipoteza mówiąca, _e poziom wsparcia tym instrumentem innowacyjności polskich przedsiębiorstw jest znikomy i wysokim stopniu niewystarczający, co wynika przede wszystkim z niekompetencji urzędników oraz braku odpowiednich szkoleń. W celu weryfikacji wyników badan użyto test niezależności chi-kwadrat.
