  Each educational institution shall draw up lesson plans that take into account many constraints and preferences of users and determine the intensity of utilization of the material base. The article aims at bringing the issues of planning activities and tries to identify a number of dilemmas facing the planner. The article takes up theoretical aspects of optimal distribution of classes (lectures), focusing on several key issues: users’ preferences, the utilization of teaching spaces and planning tools.;
  Każda placówka dydaktyczna opracowuje plany zajęć, które uwzględniają wiele ograniczeń i preferencji użytkowników i przekładają się na stopień wykorzystania bazy materialnej. Celem artykułu jest przybliżenie problematyki planowania zajęć i wskazanie na szereg dylematów, które stoją przed planistą. Opracowanie podejmuje wątki teoretycznego zdefiniowania zagadnienia optymalnego rozłożenia zajęć dydaktycznych, koncentrując się na kilku kluczowych kwestiach: preferencjach użytkowników, stopniu wykorzystania pomieszczeń dydaktycznych i narzędziach pomocnych w procesie planowania.
