  So called possession of minor amounts of illegal substances, a new institution referred to in Article 62a of the Act on Preventing Drug Addiction has been analysed. This regulation provides for a possibility of discontinuing the proceedings against offenders charged with possession of drugs in small amounts. Discussing the normative structure of the offence, the authors indicated areas that are defective and require urgent intervention of the legislature.;
  Autorki, na tle rozwoju rozwiązań prawnych stosowanych wobec sprawców przestępstw "drobnego posiadania" substancji zabronionych, dokonały obszernej analizy nowej instytucji z art. 62a u.p.n. Regulacja ta zakłada możliwość umorzenia postępowania wobec wspomnianej kategorii sprawców. Omawiając tę konstrukcję normatywną, autorki wskazały jednocześnie obszary, które są wadliwe i stąd wymagają pilnej interwencji ustawodawcy.
