  Gegenstand des Beitrags ist die Tätigkeit und Arbeitsorganisation der Thorner Malerinnung in der Neuzeit. Basierend auf der Satzung von 1621, die das wichtigste Dokument zur Regelung der wirtschaftlichen, kulturellen Belange und des Brauchtums der Zunft darstellt, stellt die Autorin die Organisationsstruktur, Bräuche und Pflichten der einzelnen Mitglieder dar. Unter Verwendung u.a.: Notizen im Protokollbuch der Zunftmeister (APT, Zunft der Maler, Bildhauer und Lackierer der Stadt Toruń, Aktenzeichen 4) führt sie auch Beispiele für die Durchsetzung statutarischer  Bestimmungen an. Die im Beitrag enthaltenen Schlussfolgerungen sind das Ergebnis von Quellenuntersuchungen, die im Rahmen der Recherche für die Masterarbeit der Autorin über die Thorner Malerei des 17. Jh. durchgeführt wurde. Der Beitrag sollte als eine Art Einführung in die tiefergehenden Nachforschungen im oben genannten Forschungsgebiet betrachtet werden.;
  The subject of this article is the activity and organisation of the Toruń Painters' Guild in modern times. On the basis of the corporation's statute of 1621, the most important document regulating the guild's economic, cultural and social matters, the author presents the structure of the organisation, its customs and the duties of individual members. Using, among others, notes from the book of protocols of guild masters (APT, The Guild of Painters, Sculptors and Varnishers of the City of Toruń, file 4), she also cites examples of the enforcement of statutory provisions. The conclusions contained in the article are the result of source research carried out as part of the author's MA thesis on 17th-century painting in Toruń. The article should be regarded as an introduction to in-depth research in the designated research area.
